Coaching Service - For referred B&NES residents

Your community connector/co-ordinator/social prescriber/GP/care assistant has referred you to my coaching service, providing sessions at £30 an hour (reduced from the normal rate of £80p/h), for up to 6 sessions.

It's possible you want coaching support because you are in chronic pain, or going through a transition such as a bereavement, health scare, or increased care needs and struggling to make sense of it and how to move forward.

You may have been through the B&NES wellness service (they are offering 6 free sessions), and you want to build on what you've learned, or feel like trying a different approach.

This is where Magnificent People Coaching can help you.

Coaching can help you come to terms with your situation, find ways to work with pain, lead a healthier lifestyle, and develop a structure to your day.

The session will be carried out online, or if you want to meet in person there will be an additional fee (to compensate for the increased time commitment and travel costs).

Please note, this service is not for people with:
- an organic or serious mental illness
- a primary diagnosis of learning disability

  • Get in touch with me (Rob) to arrange a free check-in to see if I am a good fit for your requirements. I'll then give you a promo code to enter when purchasing a session.

Coaching disclaimer

Coaching encompasses the emotional, neurological, physiological and spiritual dimensions of our being. Whilst there have been proven to be many benefits to this approach, it is important to understand and consider that with any exploration of these dimensions and with any attempt at changing your situation, you may experience discomfort, disorientation, disillusionment and overwhelm, amongst other possibilities (please research the risks so that you are fully informed). Coaching may be triggering for you.

Within the coaching you will be invited to have difficult conversations, and to engage in exercises that may be challenging. You do not have to engage; it’s your choice.

It is important that you accept responsibility for your choices and actions, and only explore these dimensions within your ability and to the comfort/discomfort you feel is appropriate.

If you are unable to accept this responsibility, it is important that you do not pursue coaching with me.

If you have an organic or serious mental illness, and/or a primary diagnosis of learning disability, a coaching agreement is not appropriate.

If you have had a traumatic event in your past that you haven’t yet processed, coaching may not be for you at present – do consider getting the opinion of a mental health professional before deciding.
